PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester that can reduce operational errors and realizes good operability with respect to an operation lever having dual instruction input means.SOLUTION: A main gear shift lever 11 comprises a grip part 22 that includes: a first surface 24 where a thumb t of an operator D is positioned and a second surface 26 that is a surface different from the first surface 24 and where four fingers f, m, r and p other than the thumb are positioned.
