The disclosed automatic drug injection device for a syringe comprises: a main body having a manipulation unit； a gripping member which is installed on the front side of the main body, and presses and grips a cylinder of a syringe arranged in line with the main body； a linear motor which is installed inside the front side of the main body, and is operated by the manipulation unit； and a spiral rod type plunger which penetrates the linear motor, protrudes forward of the gripping member, moves forward and backward while being rotated by the linear motor, and has a piston rod coupled to a piston inside the cylinder on a front end thereof.
