To provide a method for producing a powder solid cosmetic which is free from such problems wherein: surface appearance and color ON makeup are different from each other a powder ON a press surface is debonded in the production process and the mechanical strength of its own is not always high.
SOLUTION: The method for producing a powder solid cosmetic includes subjecting a powder cosmetic to compressive molding using a press mold. In this method, in making the compressive molding and a porous resin film 70° or greater at 25° C in the contact angle with water and having micropores 500 &mu m or less in size ON its surface is interposed in between the powder cosmetic and the press mold.
