PURPOSE: A radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag for an animal is provided to facilitate the installation of an RFID tag on a side of a leash even for a large dog. CONSTITUTION: An RFID tag for an animal (100) comprises a body part (110), a first combination part (120), and a second combination part (130). The first combination part includes two or more first combination holes (121) which are arranged crosswise and spaced apart by a separation distance on the body part to penetrate the body part vertically. The second combination part is arranged symmetrically on both lengthwise sides of the body part and is perpendicular to the first combination part. The second combination part includes a second combination hole (131) which is wider than the first combination hole.
