PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology accurately acquiring biological information.SOLUTION: A biological information acquisition device selects a light receiving part separated from a light emitting part for measurement by a second distance larger than a first distance out of a plurality of light receiving parts as a light receiving part for measurement, causes the light receiving part to receive light irradiated from the light emitting part for measurement, selects a light receiving part away from the light emitting part for measurement by the second distance out of the plurality of light receiving parts as a light receiving part for reference, causes the light receiving part to receive light irradiated from the light emitting part for measurement, acquires a second light receiving result, and acquires biological information using the first light receiving result and the second light receiving result. A first line segment connecting the light emitting part for measurement and the light receiving part for measurement passes over a blood vessel, and a second line segment connecting the light emitting part for measurement and the light receiving part for reference does not pass over the blood vessel.
