PURPOSE: A surgical instrument and a cure kit for carpal canal syndrome are provided to minimize the injury of skin by preliminarily confirming the position where a cannular needle is inserted using an ultrasonic wave.CONSTITUTION: A surgical instrument(110) provides paths to the upper and lower parts of flexor retinaculum. The surgical instrument comprises a cannula needle(120) and a blunt rod(130). The cannula needle has a leading end capable of penetrating skin. The blunt rod moves under the skin corresponding to the paths. The blunt rod formed to have a diameter to enter the inside of the cannular needle.
