A dry wipe for applying to the skin of at least one active principle, comprising: an inert layered substrate, a plurality of microcapsules deposited on a layered substrate, containing at least one active principle, and at least one surfactant, applied to a layered substrate. 2. Dry wipe according to claim 1, where the microcapsules are made of polyurethane polymer. The dry wipe according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the microcapsules are made of a polyurethane polymer selected from: i) homopolymers of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, 2,6-toluene diisocyanate, 4,4-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, 2,4-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, methylene bis-4-cyclohexyl diisocyanate, and ii) copolymers of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, 2,6-toluene diisocyanate, 4,4-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, 2,4-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, methylene bis-4-cyclohexyl diisocyanate trihydrogen amino compounds. 4.
