PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair manicure composition which can be used for dyeing hair in a predetermined color, which can keep the hair in a state of providing voluminous feeling and firmness/stiffness for a long time, and which can be easily washed away even when it is attached to skin.SOLUTION: A hair manicure composition 100 has a structure including first phases 11 and a second phase 12 where the first phases 11 are dispersed. The hair manicure composition 100 contains: an inorganic particle dispersion 1 constituting one of the first phases 11 and the second phase 12, which comprises hydrophobic inorganic particles 2 whose average particle diameter in primary particles is 1 nm to 15 μm, and a particle dispersant 5 where the hydrophobic inorganic particles 2 are dispersed an aqueous solvent 10 constituting the other one of the first phases 11 and the second phase 12 and dye components containing a dye, included in the first phases 11, the second phase 12, or both the first phases 11 and the second phase 12.
