PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-holder with scissors, even in microscopic work such as suturing a small wound, capable of changing over between a holding function of a suture needle and a cutting function of the scissors with the needle-holder held in hand without making the needle-holder away from the visual field.SOLUTION: A needle-holder 11 with scissors is so formed that two rod-like members are pivotally fitted to each other at a supporting point 12 to form grip parts 13 and functional parts 15 at both sides of the supporting point 12, the grip parts 13 are energized in the opening direction by an elastic member 14, and the functional parts 15 are closed by closing the grip parts 13 against the energizing force, to hold the suture needle.
