PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous composition containing particles, wherein particle sedimentation is prevented and excellent application properties are exhibited.SOLUTION: A gelatinous composition has component (A): silica particles with an average particle size of 2.0-20.0 μm, component (B): silicone particles with an average particle size of 1.0-10.0 μm, component (C): carboxyvinyl polymers and/or alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers, component (D): hydroxyalkyl cellulose, and component (E): water.
