PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedding type orthopedic artificial joint having a bearing component element and the separate component element for supporting the bearing component element.SOLUTION: An artificial joint system has two implant component elements and a bearing. One of the implant component elements has a joint surface for the joint with the bearing and the other one of them has a loading surface for supporting the bearing. At least one of the first and second component elements contains a recess and the stud in the recess. Further, the artificial joint is mounted on the stud and contains the extension outward extending to an end from a bone fitting surface.
