PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedding type orthopedic artificial joint having a bearing component and the separate component for supporting the same.SOLUTION: An artificial joint system is suitable for cement fixation and has two metal implant components and a bearing. One of the metal implant components has a joint surface for the joint with the bearing and the other of them has a loading surface for supporting the bearing. One of the metal implant components contains an extension such as a stem, a peg or the like and has an exposed outside surface. The solid metal of the metal implant component containing the extension contains titanium and the exposed outside surface of the extension contains titanium of a different form.
