The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eel liquid fertilizer and a method for cultivating sword beans using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eel liquid fertilizer that can promote the growth of sword beans and enhance disease resistance； and a method for cultivating sword beans using the same. The method for manufacturing the eel liquid fertilizer comprises the steps of: mixing 1 to 10 parts by weight of useful microorganism culture medium, 20 to 50 parts by weight molasses, and 10 to 70 parts by weight of seawater in a fermentation vessel with respect to 100 parts by weight of eel； fermenting by storing the fermentation vessel for 4 to 10 months at 20 to 40°C； and filtering the contents of the fermentation vessel after the fermentation step to obtain a fermentation liquid.본 발명은 장어 액비 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 작두콩 재배방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 작두콩의 생육을 촉진시키고 내병성을 강화시킬 수 있는 장어 액비 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 작두콩 재배방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장어 액비의 제조방법은 장어 100중량부에 대하여 유용미생물군 배양액 1 내지 10중량부와, 당밀 20 내지 50중량부와, 해수 10 내지 70중량부를 발효용기에 투입하여 혼합하는 혼합단계와, 발효용기를 20 내지 40℃에서 4 내지 10개월 동안 보관하여 발효시키는 발효단계와, 발효단계 후 발효용기의 내용물을 여과하여 발효액을 수득하는 여과단계를 포함한다.
