PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a poor teeth attaching property while a hard and resilient texture is maintained, in a conventional hard gummi candy called Pastilles.SOLUTION: A low moisture hard gummi candy includes: 5-20 wt.% of rice flour derived from nonglutinous rice in which nonglutinous rice is milled, as a solid content 0.1-10 weight % of insoluble dietary fibers and at least 2 wt.% of gum arabic. Here, a storage elastic modulus (G) measured with an angular frequency of 10 rad/s, and at a temperature of 25°C, by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, is 0.8×10to 2.0×10Pa, and a loss tangent (tan&delta) is in a range of 0.9 to 1.1, and a moisture value is at most 12 wt.%.
