SOLUTION: A coefficient of dynamic friction on the inner surface 1 of an abdominal-side side flap part FF is made to be higher than a coefficient of dynamic friction on the outer surface 2 of the abdominal-side side flap part FF, and a coefficient of dynamic friction on the inner surface 3 of a back-side side flap part BF is made to be not smaller than the coefficient of dynamic friction on the outer surface 2 of the abdominal-side side flap part FF.
