PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal quality measuring instrument of agricultural products easy to carry.SOLUTION: The internal quality measuring instrument of agricultural products includes a light projecting and detecting part L equipped with a projection means 1 for projecting light on a measuring target article positioned at a measuring place P and a light detecting means 2 for detecting the light from the measuring target article on which light is projected from the projection means 1 and a spectroscopic measuring part M equipped with a spectroscopic means 30 for spectrally diffracting the light detected by the light detecting means 2 to be guided by a light guide means 3 and a light intensity detecting means 4 for detecting the intensity of the light spectrally diffracted by the spectroscopic means 30 at each wavelength.
