PURPOSE: Cicada larvae bred by using campanulaceae plants, and a breeding method thereof are provided to use the cicada larvae fed with the campanulaceae plants as medical ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of cicada larvae using campanulaceae plants comprises the following steps: preparing a plant cultivation area including bellflowers； inserting beetles or protaetia brevitarsis seulensis into the plant cultivation area； and breeding the cicada larvae using the campanulaceae plants infected with root rot. The plant cultivation area includes materials having high palatability to the beetles or protaetia brevitarsis seulensis. The materials include oak sawdust, straws, compost, rice hulls, bellflower roots, fruits, or other organic waste containing cellulose.도라지를 포함한 초롱꽃과 식물 재배지에서 풍뎅이 또는 흰점박이꽃무지를 사육하거나, 이들의 유충인 굼벵이 사육지에 도라지를 포함한 초롱꽃과 식물을 먹이로 투입하여 사육하는 초롱꽃과 식물을 활용한 굼벵이 사육 방법 및 초롱꽃과 식물로 사육된 굼벵이가 기재된다.
