PURPOSE: A Codonopsis lanceolata culturing medium, and a production method of redifferentiated Codonopsis lanceolata are provided to improve the finely differentiation rate and the rooting of the Codonopsis lanceolata. CONSTITUTION: Codonopsis lanceolata is sterilized. The Codonopsis lanceolata is inserted into a medium, and the medium is inserted into a bioreactor. The air insertion amount, the luminous intensity, and the photoperiod of the bioreactor are controlled to cultivate the Codonopsis lanceolata. The medium contains an MS medium, and 2.5-3.5 g/L of sucrose. The MS medium additionally contains 2.3-2.7 mg/L of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. The medium additionally contains 1.8-2.2 mg/L of 1-naphthaleneacetic acid and 1.8-2.2 mg/L of 6-benzyladenine. The air insertion amount is 0.02-2 vvm.본 발명은 더덕 대량 배양용 배지 및 이를 이용한 재분화 더덕의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, MS배지에 수크로오스(sucrose) 2.5 내지 3.5g/L를 포함하며, 2,4D, NAA 및 BA를 더 포함하여 재분화율을 30 내지 40% 가량 향상시키며 더덕의 발근을 촉진시켜 더덕을 기내배양으로 대량 배양할 수 있도록 한다.
