PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate an operators load on operation of adjusting an imaging cross section in a medical image imaging device capable of imaging any cross section in a three-dimensional space.SOLUTION: An imaging cross section adjustment method includes: a step of generating a conversion matrix for three-dimensionally performing conversion from an imaging cross sections initial value to the imaging cross sections present value, when an operators three-dimensional position adjustment of the imaging cross section has been accepted and a step of converting the imaging cross sections initial value by using the conversion matrix.
