PURPOSE: A permeable submerged breakwater block including a fish habitat function is provided to prevent secondary erosion by largely reducing influence of reflected waves applied to the submerged breakwater block and stably maintain the installation state of the submerged breakwater block. CONSTITUTION: A permeable submerged breakwater block including a fish habitat function comprises an enclosed main body(10), a plurality of penetration holes(21,22), a contact area extension plate(30), and a movement preventing and fixing unit. The enclosed main body includes a trapezoidal shape to receive small pressure due to tide and wave and is formed with concrete or a steel plate. The penetration holes are formed at predetermined intervals on the front surface and rear surface of the main body and enable fishes, fluids , and soil to enter the inside of the main body. The contact area extension plate integrally protrudes from the lower surface of the front and read surface and increases contact areas with the seabed ground. The movement preventing and fixing unit protrudes from the front and rear surface towards the lower part and prevents the submerged breakwater block from being pushed by the tide and the waves.본 발명은 하는 어집 기능을 갖는 투과성 잠제블럭에 관한 것으로 특히, 조류 및 파랑에 의한 압력을 작게 받도록 측 단면이 사다리꼴 형상을 갖도록 성형한 속이 빈 긴 함체형 본체와； 상기 본체의 전,후면에서 각각 정해진 간격 및 배열을 갖게 성형하여 유체와 토사 및 각종 어류를 포함하여 사람까지 본체의 내부로 출입하거나 또는 통과할 수 있도록 하는 복수의 통공과； 상기 본체의 전,후면 저부에서 수평방향으로 일체로 돌출 성형되어 해저 지반과의 접촉면적을 증대시켜 주는 접촉면적 확대판과； 상기 본체의 바닥면 전,후부에서 하부를 향해 돌출 성형된 형태를 갖고 해저 지반에 박혀져 잠제블럭이 조류 및 파랑에 의해 밀리지 않도록 고정시켜 주는 밀림방지 겸 고정수단；을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 잠제블럭 자체에 미치는 반사파의 영향을 크게 감쇠시킬 수 있어 2차적인 침식을 예방할 수 있고, 통공을 통해 잠제블럭 내부 공간부로 각종 어류 및 유지보수를 위한 사람들이 출입할 수 있으므로 잠제블럭들의 내부 공간이 자연해변의 어집과 같은 기능을 갖게 되어 제품 자체의 사용성과 기능성 및 호환성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 유지보수를 용이하게 실시할 수 있으며, 자체 하중에 토사의 하중을 가할 수 있어 잠제블럭들의 설치 상태가 보다 안정적으로 유지하게 되고, 잠제블럭 내부 공간부로 유입되는 토사가 정해진 높이 이상 쌓이는 것을 방지할 수 있어 통공들이 토사에 의해 막히는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 공기를 대폭 단축시킬 수 있고, 잠제블럭 본체 하부에서 발생할 수
