PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave measurement device which can increase accuracy of measurement of a pulse wave transit time.SOLUTION: A pulse wave measurement device includes: a belt attached to wind around a region to be measured; first and second pulse wave sensors which are mounted in a state to be separated from each other with respect to a width direction of the belt and detect a pulse wave in parts, that the pulse wave sensors respectively face, of arteries passing in the region to be measured; and a pressing member which can press the first and second pulse wave sensors against the region to be measured by varying pressing force. In S12, a cross-correlation coefficient between wave forms of first and second pulse wave signals is calculated by obtaining the first and second pulse wave signals respectively output by the first and second pulse wave sensors in time series. In S13, whether the cross-correlation coefficient exceeds a predetermined threshold value or not is determined by setting to vary the pressing force by the pressing member.
