PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination system which can prevent noises of the examination room from being transmitted to the operation room when an examination is not performed.SOLUTION: The medical examination system includes: a microphone 19 for hearing the voice of a subject 11 in the examination room A a speaker 21 which is set in the operation room B and an interphone control section 40 which makes the voice which has been articulated by the microphone 19 output from the speaker 21. When the operation of an X-ray photographing section has been stopped for a specified period of time, the output state of the voice which is output from the speaker 21 is turned OFF.
