The invention relates to a device for the artificial insemination of small ruminants via the cervix, said device comprising a long hollow element (1) that narrows conically towards a first end with a rounded tip and an outlet (11), where said long element (1) has at least one second opening (12) on the side thereof. Said base (2) is cut off or flattened (21) on the side and has an inner channel (22) for the assembly of the insemination catheter. Incluye también una base (2), unida con el elemento longitudinal (1). Dicha base (2) presenta un rebaje o achatamiento lateral (21) y un canal interior (22) para montar el catéter de inseminación. Ledit dispositif comprend également une base (2) reliée à lélément longitudinal (1). Ladite base (2) présente une contre-dépouille ou aplatissement latéral (21) et un canal intérieur (22) pour le montage du cathéter dinsémination. Ce dispositif réduit au minimum le reflux de semence, il sadapte à lanatomie animale et réduit au minimum les gênes occasionnées.
