The present invention relates to an agricultural and marine product drying device of performing forward and reverse circulation of hot air through control of a wind direction, configured to improve drying quality of objects to be dried as heat of far-infrared and near-infrared rays is emitted inside a drying chamber, to equalize flow of hot air collected in the drying chamber by using a plurality of heat circulation fans installed in both sides of the drying chamber, and to circulate the heat in both directions according to predetermined control conditions so that the same temperature is formed in all spaces of the drying chamber.
