PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition having high stability of dextranase in a preparation with time, excellent in dental plaque-removing effect, having little unusual taste after using and having high cleaning feeling in the oral cavity.SOLUTION: The dentifrice composition is obtained by formulating a dentifrice composition containing dextranase with sodium lauryl sulfate, a polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil having 10-30 mol average additional molar number of ethylene oxide, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having a 14-18C alkyl group and having 3-8 mol average additional molar numbers of ethylene oxide and sodium hydrogen carbonate in an amount of 0.1-1.0 mass% based on total composition, optionally further, a polishing agent selected from a silica-based polishing agent and aluminum hydroxide.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】デキストラナーゼを含有する歯磨剤組成物に、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウムと、エチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が10~30モルのポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油と、炭素数が14~18のアルキル基を有し、エチレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数が3~8モルのポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルと、炭酸水素ナトリウムを組成物全体の0.1~1.0質量%とを配合したことを特徴とする歯磨剤組成物。更に、シリカ系研磨剤及び水酸化アルミニウムから選ばれる研磨剤を配合した上記の歯磨剤組成物。【効果】本発明の歯磨剤組成物は、デキストラナーゼが安定化配合され、歯垢除去効果に優れると共に使用後の異味が少なく、口腔内の清掃実感が高い。【選択図】なし
