PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excision assembly of the patella equipped with a handle, a slide member, and two nail members.SOLUTION: The slide member is mounted on the handle in a movable fashion and includes two branched arms. The inner peripheries of the branched arms have contact with the outer periphery of the nail member as the slide member moves far and then the nail members move in opposite directions closing in the periphery of the patella. The nail members and slide member have teeth for holding the patella as the nail members move all together.
