FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cooling of agricultural products, including milk, and can be used in agricultural production, food industry, as well as in processing and storage of liquid products. The proposed system for cooling milk comprises a rechargeable refrigeration machine 1, a control unit 2, a tank-heat exchanger for cooling milk 3 with a stirrer, an insulated tank with coolant 4 with an evaporator 5 located in it, a storage tank of the coolant 6, installed outdoors, water pump 7, a discharge 8, delivery 9, spraying 10 and drain pipes 11 with the valves 12-16 mounted on them, outside air temperature sensor 17 and the coolant 18. The storage tank of the coolant 6, installed outdoors, is made of two sections: with the upper 19 and lower 20 sections, located one above the other. In the housing of the upper section 19 the gridded windows are made, and the upper part of the wall of the lower section 20 is made in the form of a grid 21. The thermally-insulated tank with coolant 4 with an evaporator 5 located in it through the water pump 7, the discharge pipe 8 and the valve 12 is connected to the lower part of the vertical spraying tube 10 with nozzles located above the sprinkler 22 in the upper section 19 of the storage tank of the coolant 6, and through the other valve 13 it is connected to the delivery pipe 9 which, together with the drain pipe 11 connects the thermally-insulated tank with coolant 4 to the central part of the lower section 20 of the storage tank of the coolant 6 which is mounted outdoors, through the insulation layer 23 passing through the outer wall of the building. And the end part of the delivery pipe 9 is made bent and its part is in a vertical position along the axis of the lower section 20 with a closed upper end and on its vertical cylindrical walls with an applied layer of rubber 24 a number of through radial holes is made.
