Disclosed in the present invention is an abdominal chair which comprises a bracket (1), a chair seat (2), a chair back (3), a swing bar(4) and a resistance band (5). The chair seat (2) is fixed on the bracket (1). The chair back (3) is provided behind the chair seat (2) and connected with the bracket (1) via the swing bar (4). The bottom end of the swing bar (4) is hinged with a connecting piece (7) of an H-shape base so as to form a first hinged part (61) which makes the chair back (3) be back below the horizontal direction. The connecting piece (7) is connected to the H-shape base so as to form a second hinged part (62) which is used to fold the abdominal chair. One end of the resistance band (5) is connected to the bottom of the chair back (3) and another end is connected to the bracket (1) in order to reset the chair back (3) which is backwards postural. The chair back (3) has a supporting column (31) and multiple groups of massaging rollers (32) thereon. The shape of the supporting column (31) is adapted to the curve of a body back and the top part of the supporting column (31) is shaped as a U-shape frame in order to install neck massaging rollers (33).
