PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a combine in which, in spite of its advantage that an operation for moving a raking-in reel from a normal mowing position to a position appropriate for forced raking-in or laid-mowing or returning to an original position can be performed with one-touch operation, a tine of the reel under rotation positioned below a range of vertical movement may contact the ground and may rake-in mud and the like, which may cause stains when harvesting crops such as soy beans.SOLUTION: A general purpose combine of the present invention includes: a machine body 2； a mowing part 3 connected to the machine body so as to be vertically movable； a reel 4 supported to the mowing part 3 so as to be vertically movable； a reel vertical-movement actuator 37 which vertically drives the reel 4； and switching means 77 for switching between a restriction state and a permission state refraining from the restriction, the restriction state restricting an operation of the reel vertical-movement actuator 37 when the mowing part 3 is lowered to a lower position so as not to lower the reel 4 to a reel restriction height or below which is a vertical-movement height at which the reel 4 is grounded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】掻込リールを通常刈取作業位置から強制掻込または倒伏刈りに適した位置へ移動させたり、元の位置へ戻したりする操作をワンタッチ操作で実行できるため、利便性が高い一方で、昇降範囲内の下側に位置させた回転中のリールのタインが圃場側に接触し、泥土等を掻き込む場合があり、大豆等の作物を刈取る際には汚れの原因になる場合があるという課題があった。【解決手段】走行機体２と、該走行機体に昇降可能に連結される刈取部３と、該刈取部３に昇降可能に支持されたリール４と、前記リール４を昇降駆動させるリール昇降アクチュエータ３７と、前記刈取部３が下方位置に下降された場合に上記リール４が接地する昇降高さであるリール規制高さ以下に該リール４が下降されないように前記リール昇降アクチュエータ３７の作動を規制する規制状態と、該規制を行わない許容状態との何れか一方への切換えを行う切換手段７７を備えた。【選択図】図４
