PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation structure having a simple structure, capable of making a reaping clutch device as a power-transmitted state and engaging a sub-transmission device with a low speed region by positioning a reaping clutch lever at an engaging position and also preventing that the reaping clutch device becomes a power-blocked state unintentionally in a reaping work condition.SOLUTION: This operation structure of a combine is provided with that in the state of positioning the sub-transmission lever 22 at a high speed position H, by operating the reaping clutch lever 24 from a blocked position C to the engaging position E, the sub-transmission lever 22 rotates around a sub-transmission operation shaft 71 and is switched from the high speed position H to the low speed position L by a linking mechanism 73 for operation-linking the reaping clutch lever 24 with the sub-transmission lever 22.
