It is described as the combined treatment of D.I.C. and the extraction of the modified material with this technology with organic solvents, provides a greater amount of phytochemicals than with conventional technologies. The application of this technology together with the extraction with organic solvents, manages to increase the yields of extraction of biologically active compounds from the grape scrapes, a residue of the winemaking industry with very few alternatives. In this way it is possible to valorize a waste of difficult management.Se describe como el tratamiento combinado de D.I.C. y la extracción del material modificado con esta tecnología con disolventes orgánicos, proporciona una mayor cantidad de fitoquímicos que con tecnologías convencionales. La aplicación de esta tecnología conjuntamente con la extracción con disolventes orgánicos, logra incrementar los rendimientos de extracción de compuestos biológicamente activos de los raspones de uva, un residuo de la industria de vinificación con muy pocas alternativas. De esta forma se logra valorizar un residuo de difícil gestión.
