PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which is improved in effect for various symptoms accompanied by allergic rhinitis, cold etc., particularly congested nose symptoms by inflammation of tunica mucosa nasi.SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition includes: (A) pseudoephedrine or its pharmaceutically permissible salt (B) phenylephrine, methoxyphenamine or their pharmaceutically permissible salt and (C) at least one selected from the group consisting of Datura stramonium extract, belladonna total alkaloid, belladonna extract and scopolia extract.
