The present invention relates to a method for preparing a bead-type chondrocyte therapeutic agent and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a bead-type chondrocyte therapeutic agent without a support, which comprises the steps of: a) injecting chondrocytes and/or cells having cartilage differentiation potency onto a 96-well deep well plate having the V-shaped bottom； b) centrifuging the plate； c) three-dimensionally culturing the plate in an incubator； and d) collecting pellets from each well, thereby easily and stably preparing a large amount of cartilage tissue having the uniformly high quality, and to a bead-type chondrocyte therapeutic agent without a support, prepared by the method, which has the effectiveness of being simply transplanted into the damaged cartilage in an injection type and recovering the damage.본 발명은 구슬형 연골세포 치료제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, a) 연골세포 및/또는 연골분화능을 갖는 세포를 V자 모양 바닥을 갖는 96-웰 딥웰 플레이트(deep well plate)에 분주하는 단계； b) 상기 플레이트를 원심분리하는 단계； c) 상기 플레이트를 인큐베이터에서 삼차원 배양하는 단계； 및 d) 각각의 웰에서 펠렛들을 회수하는 단계를 포함함으로써, 균일한 양질의 연골조직을 쉽게 안정적으로 대량으로 제조할 수 있는 지지체 없는 구슬형 연골세포 치료제의 제조방법； 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 연골손상에 주입식으로 간편하게 이식되어 손상을 복구하는 유효성을 갖는 지지체 없는 구슬형 연골세포 치료제에 관한 것이다.
