PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus capable of quickly obtaining three-dimensional image data of an interest object when a surgical procedure such as intervention treatment is conducted.SOLUTION: A region-of-interest extraction unit 39 extracts a designated region as a region of interest from each of a series of two-dimensional images P. A reconstruction unit 41 reconstructs a three-dimensional image of a region in which a stent is contained, based on images corresponding respectively to the regions of interest. Specifically, the reconstruction unit 41 performs reconstruction using an image of the region of interest corresponding to a portion of the whole with respect to each of the series of two-dimension images P, so that the time to reconstruct the region containing a stent can be reduced. Three-dimensional image data can thus be quickly obtained for a region requiring reconstruction, thereby substantially reducing the time required for diagnosis, with the burden on the operator and on the subject being lessened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】インターベンション治療などの術式を行う際に、関心対象の三次元画像データを迅速に取得できる放射線撮影装置を提供する【解決手段】注目領域抽出部39は一連の二次元画像の各々から所定の領域を注目領域として抽出する。再構成部41は注目領域に相当する部分の画像の各々に基づいて、ステントを含む領域の三次元画像を再構成する。すなわち再構成部41は一連の二次元画像Pの各々について、全体の一部に相当する注目領域の画像を用いて再構成するので、ステントを含む領域の三次元画像を再構成するために必要とする時間を短縮できる。その結果、再構成を必要とする領域について、三次元画像データを迅速に取得できるので、診断に要する時間を大幅に短縮して術者および被検体が受ける負担を軽減できる。【選択図】図2
