PURPOSE: A novel triazine compounds with insulin mimic activity is provided to promote intracellular glucose intake and to ensure anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains therapeutically effective amount of triazine compounds of chemical formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The triazine compounds of chemical formula I has insulin mimic activity and promotes glucose intake. An anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition contains therapeutically effective amount of triazine compounds of chemical formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.본 발명은 인슐린 모방 활성을 가지는 신규한 트리아진계 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하기 화학식 Ⅰ로 표시되는 트리아진계 화합물 중 어느 하나의 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 트리아진계 화합물은 세포 내 글루코오스 섭취를 촉진시키며 세포에서 아팝토시스를 유발시키지 않고 항염증 활성을 나타낸다. 따라서, 상술한 트리아진계 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료 또는 염증성 질환 치료에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.화학식 I
