PURPOSE: A method for preparing Asterina pectinifera soluble extract is provided to be used in functional food, functional cosmetic, and pharmaceutical products. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Asterina pectinifera extract comprises: a step of sterilizing Asterina pectinifera at 121°；C for 30 minutes and placing in ethanol for 2-3 days； a step of removing ethanol and pulverizing Asterina pectinifera in a powder form； a step of adding acetone and filtering at 5um； a step of drying at 80°；C and adding distilled water to the dried Asterina pectinifera sample； a step of stirring in a water bath at 90°；C and cooling by 50°；C； a step of adding protamex enzyme and stirring at 50°；C for 3 hours； a step of centrifuging the enzyme reactant liquid and adding L-tartaric acid to the supernatant and cooling； a step of centrifuging and treating supernatant with calcium carbonate and adjusting to pH 6； a step of filtering supernatant and freezing； a step of thawing in distilled water and centrifuging to collect supernatant； a step of filtering the supernatant with MCE at 0.45um and filling with distilled water； and a step of sterilizing at 121°；C for 30 minutes.본 발명은 별불가사리를 이용한 미백 및 자외선 차단효능을 가지는 수용성 추출물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 별불가사리를 이용하여 수용성 추출물을 제조하였으며, 이 별불가사리의 수용성 추출물은 미백 및 자외선 차단효능을 가지게 되는 것으로, 불가사리의 수용성 추출물을 이용하여 건강식품소재, 기능성 식품소재, 기능성 화장품 소재, 의학적 약품 소재를 제공하는 데 있으며, 신소재를 개발하고 고부가가치의 제품을 통하여 불가사리의 효용 가치를 높여 산업적으로 이용범위의 확대시키고자 별불가사리 수용성 추출물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
