PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely determine a fact that a driver became in an abnormal state based on a driving posture of the driver.SOLUTION: A driver state determination device 10 comprises: a posture measurement part 43 for measuring a head pitch change angle Δθp before and after fainting, based on an image of a driver imaged by an in-vehicle camera 21 as an imaging part； an in-vehicle camera 21 serving as a rearward inclination angle detection part for detecting a rearward inclination angle of the driver； a storage part 42 for storing a prescribed branch angle θ0 and a prescribed head pitch change angle θ3； and an abnormality determination part 44 for determining abnormality of the driver.
