Method for determining, in a natural posture, at least one geometric/physiognomic parameter associated with the mounting of an ophthalmic lens in a spectacle frame intended to be worn by a wearer. The method includes: (a) capturing at least one substantially frontal image of the wearer's head； (b) determining a measured value of an angle of inclination during the capturing step, which depends on the inclination of the wearer's head about a main axis perpendicular to a sagittal plane of the wearer's head； (c) determining a reference value of the angle of inclination corresponding to a natural posture of the wearer's head； and (d) determining the required geometric/physiognomic parameter on the basis of the substantially frontal image captured and as a function of the difference between the measured value of the angle of inclination determined in step (b) and the reference value of the angle of inclination determined in step (c).L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination, en posture naturelle, d'au moins un paramètre géométrico-physionomique associé au montage d'une lentille ophtalmique dans une monture de lunettes destinée à être portée par un porteur, comportant les étapes suivantes : a) on capture au moins une image sensiblement de face de la tête du porteur, b) on détermine une valeur mesurée d'un angle d'inclinaison (A) pendant la capture de l'image sensiblement de face, qui dépend de l'inclinaison de la tête du porteur autour d'un axe principal perpendiculaire à un plan sagittal de la tête du porteur, c) on détermine une valeur de référence dudit angle d'inclinaison correspondant à une posture naturelle de la tête (10) du porteur, et d) on détermine ledit paramètre géométrico-physionomique recherché à partir de l'image sensiblement de face capturée et en fonction de la différence entre ladite valeur mesurée de l'angle d'inclinaison déterminé à l'étape b) et ladite valeur de référence dudit angle d'inclinaison déterminée à l'étape c).
