A dental implant device capable of reducing infection is configured to be embedded on an alveolar bone inside a gum, and connected to a crown. The dental implant device includes an artificial tooth root, and a medicament. The artificial tooth root is implanted on the alveolar bone inside the gum, and has a top surface, an outer peripheral surface surrounding an axis, and a flow channel extending from the top surface to the outer peripheral surface. The flow channel has an inlet formed on the top surface, and at least one outlet formed on the outer peripheral surface. The medicament is filled into the inlet of the flow channel, and permeates in between the alveolar bone inside the gum and the outer peripheral surface of the artificial tooth root. As a result, during the time of dental implant, medicaments, such as antibiotics and titanium, can be added through the flow channel to be filled in between the alveolar bone inside the gum and the outer peripheral surface of the artificial tooth root, so as to inhibit bacterial growth and promote bone growth, thereby greatly increasing success rate of dental implant.一種可降低感染的植牙裝置,用於著床在一個牙齦內的一個齒槽骨,且與一個牙冠連結,該植牙裝置包含一個人工牙根,及一種藥劑。該人工牙根種植在該牙齦內的齒槽骨,並包括一個頂表面、環繞一條軸線的一個外周面,及由該頂表面朝該外周面延伸的一條流道,該流道具有形成在該頂表面的一個入口,及形成在該外周面的至少一個出口。該藥劑由該流道的入口注入,且由該出口滲入該牙齦內的齒槽骨與該人工牙根的外周面間。藉此,在植牙時,利用前述流道注入抗生素、鈦等藥劑,使藥劑填充在該牙齦內的齒槽骨與該人工牙根的外表面間,不但能抑制細菌生長,且能促進骨質增長,進而大幅提升植牙時的成功率。
