The mixed grain germ tea prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is rich in various active substances with special physiological functions, and has various health care functions of reducing a morbidity of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, preventing digestive tract cancers, resisting to aging and the like. According to the technical scheme of the invention, by germination, an extraction method and raw material combination, content of functional components in tea can be increased to the greatest extent, and tea soup obtained by making the mixed grain germ tea is light in aroma, good in taste and very beneficial to health of human bodies after being taken usually.
