Since there are many classifications of patients, namely wheelchair clients, critically ill patients, and ventilated patients, the back pain experienced is different and progressively changes with time. In general, there is a need to assist people in pain who are in treatment and care. In this invention, a remote empowered arrangement deploying a wireless cluster of sensors gathers information and sends it to the cloud server through the gateway. The wearable gadget deploying sensors employs IoT in examining the pain. It is a flexible and stretchable gadget and ensures patients' comfortless in long term usage with minimum power consumption. The sensor examines the pain by surface electromyogram in the lower back spinal cord of the human body. A mobile web application is a platform that can extract the data from the cloud and perform various processing by sensing appropriate data based on the patient's condition and can give a visualization report to the caretakers.
