PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care assist body with a novel structure, even when there is a difference in body types between a caretaker and a care-receiver, capable of assisting the caretaker to easily execute care work of lifting the care-receiver in a seated posture in the arms from a seat surface.SOLUTION: A care assist body 10 for use in care work when a caretaker 12 facing a care-receiver 14 in a seated posture lifts the care-receiver 14 in the arms from a seat surface, includes: a trunk support part 16 for covering the back side of the trunk of the care-receiver 14 a thigh support part 18 for covering the back sides of the thighs of the care-receiver 14 and input parts 22 and 24 on which the caretaker 12 exerts a force. The force of the caretaker 12 exerted on the input parts 22 and 24 is transmitted via the trunk support part 16 and the thigh support part 18, to the respective back sides of the trunk and the thighs of the care-receiver 14 as the force to the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】介護者と被介護者に体格差があっても、介護者が座位の被介護者を前抱きによって座面から抱き上げる介護作業を容易に行い得るように補助できる、新規な構造の介護補助体を提供すること。【解決手段】座位の被介護者14と対峙した介護者12が被介護者14を前抱きによって座面から抱き上げる介護作業に用いられる介護補助体10であって、被介護者14の胴の背面を覆う胴支持部16を備えていると共に、被介護者14の大腿の背面を覆う大腿支持部18を備えており、更に介護者12が力を及ぼす入力部22,24を備えて、入力部22,24に及ぼされた介護者12の力が胴支持部16と大腿支持部18を介して被介護者14の胴および大腿の各背面に前面側への力として伝達されるようにした。【選択図】図1
