PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a commercial value by improving turning fruit skin of citrus fruit red in a storage step and a distribution step after the citrus fruit is yielded, especially in a storage period since the citrus fruit is at a storefront until the citrus fruit is bought by a consumer.SOLUTION: Provided is the promoter for turning citrus fruit red including a Chrysanthemum Pallasianum extract.
