The present invention relates to a device and a method for imaging conjunctiva capillary, which use an image of a conjunctiva blood vessel to enable quantification of a diagnosis of diseases related to conjunctiva blood vessels. The device comprises: a bio microscope including a first configuring unit in which an eyeball of a person to be measured is placed and a second configuring unit which corresponds to the first configuring unit and in which a data collecting means is placed a light source unit including a first light source which is coupled to the bio microscope to obtain cornea blood vessel images using an intensity image, and a second light source which uses a speckle pattern to obtain a functional image of the cornea blood vessels so that it is possible to measure a relative blood flow velocity a data collecting module collecting image data for conjunctiva capillary imaging, and transmitting the collected data to a data processing unit and a data processing unit processing the data transmitted from the data collecting module and providing general images and functional images in real time.본 발명은 결막 혈관 이미지를 이용하여 결막 혈관 질환에 관한 진단의 정량화가 가능하도록 한 결막 모세혈관 이미징 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 측정 대상자의 안구가 위치하는 제 1 구성부와 제 1 구성부에 대응하여 데이터 수집 수단이 위치하는 제 2 구성부를 갖는 바이오 마이크로스코프상기 바이오 마이크로스코프에 결합되어 인텐시티(Intensity) 영상을 이용한 각막 혈관 이미지를 얻기 위한 제 1 광원 및 상대적인 혈류속도 측정이 가능하도록 스패클 패턴(Speckle Pattern)을 이용한 각막 혈관의 기능 이미지(functional image)를 얻기 위한 제 2 광원을 갖는 광원부결막 모세혈관 이미징을 위한 영상 데이터 수집을 하고, 수집한 데이터를 데이터 처리부로 송신하는 데이터 수집 모듈상기 데이터 수집 모듈로부터 전송된 데이터를 처리하여 실시간으로 일반 영상과 기능 영상을 제공하는 데이터 처리부를 포함하는 것이다.
