According to the present invention, a moisture storage structure embedded in soil to absorb or discharge moisture comprises: a moisture absorbent (10) for absorbing or discharging moisture depending on moisture content of soil； a storage container (100) in which an inner space (110) is formed, wherein the moisture absorbent (10) is stored in the inner space (110)； and a moisture flow tube (120) connecting the inner space (110) and a surface of the storage container (100). A diameter of the moisture flow tube (120) is smaller than a diameter of the moisture absorbent (10). According to the present invention, the method may easily construct the moisture storage structure.본 발명에 따르면, 토양에 매립되어 수분을 흡수하거나 배출하는 수분저장 구조물에 있어서, 토양의 수분 함유율에 따라 수분을 흡수하거나 배출하는 수분흡착제(10)； 상기 수분흡착제(10)가 수납되는 내부공간(110)이 형성된 수납용기(100)； 및 상기 내부공간(110)과 상기 수납용기(100) 표면을 연결하는 수분 유동관(120)；을 포함하되, 상기 수분 유동관(120)의 직경은 상기 수분흡착제(10)의 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 수분저장 구조물이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 수분저장 구조물을 쉽게 제조 가능한 효과가 있다.
