Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a rolled-type sanitary mask pack comprising the steps of: (S1) preparing nonwoven fabric； (S2) forming a mask pack by cutting eye parts, a nose part, and a mouth part in the nonwoven fabric； and (S3) winding the formed mask pack in a roll type, wherein the mask pack wound in the step (S3) is packed in a packing pouch. The process of packing the sanitary mask pack in the packing pouch includes the step of: (S4) inserting the mask pack into the packing pouch and injecting toner mixed with ozone into the pouch； and (S5) sealing the packing pouch in which the mask pack is inserted and the ozone and toner mixed liquid is injected.
