The invention relates to four (04) variants of a star-shaped rim with five rods having a fixed or variable length (according to the variant) allowing vehicles to climb stairs or to move over a flat surface with or without little jumps (according to the variant). The first variant consists simply of a frame and five rods of a fixed length crowned with five pivoting vanes. The second variant consists of a frame and five rods of a variable length crowned with five pivoting vanes provided with rubber blades. The third variant consists of a frame and five rods of a variable length crowned with five pivoting vanes provided with small multi-directional wheels with brakes. The fourth variant consists of a frame and five rods of variable length directly crowned with small multi-directional wheels with brakes.
