PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheotomy tube fixture enabling an attachment object such as an artificial nose or a catheter mount to be easily fixed to a distal end portion of a tracheotomy tube.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixture 1 for fixing an attachment object such as an artificial nose 10 to be coupled to an extracorporeal side end part 21 of a tracheotomy tube 20 to the tracheotomy tube 20, the fixture comprises: a holding plate 2 which is formed of an elastic body and which can be arranged along the attachment object from an opposite side of a coupling side of the attachment object to the tracheotomy tube 20； and a pair of belts 3 extending in a horizontal direction from both ends 5a of the holding plate 2. The holding plate 2 comprises, as fitting parts which can be fitted to the attachment object, a first through-hole 6, and a pair of second through-holes 7 which are arranged in a horizontal direction sandwiching the first through-hole 6 therebetween, at least a part of the belts 3 comprises a hook side hook-and-loop fastener which can be jointed to a surface of a neck band 23 of the tracheotomy tube 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】人工鼻、カテーテルマウント等の装着物を気管切開チューブの先端部に比較的簡単に固定することが可能な気管切開チューブ用の固定具を提供する。【解決手段】気管切開チューブ２０の体外側の端部２１に連結される人工鼻１０等の装着物を気管切開チューブ２０上に固定するための固定具１において、装着物の気管切開チューブ２０に対する連結側とは反対側から装着物に沿って配置することが可能な弾性体製の保持プレート２と、保持プレート２の両端部５ａから左右方向に延ばされる一対のベルト３とを設け、保持プレート２には、装着物と嵌め合わせることが可能な嵌合部として、第１の貫通孔６と、第１の貫通孔６を挟んで左右方向に並ぶ一対の第２の貫通孔７とを設け、ベルト３の少なくとも一部には気管切開チューブ２０のネックバンド２３の表面に接合することが可能なフック側の面ファスナを設ける。【選択図】図３
