A pair of frame units forms a skeleton outside the apparatus and functions as a casing. The rotary power unit generates rotary power and comprises two rotating discs(113) and two pedals. Each rotating disc is connected to a pedal shaft. The power transmission unit transfers the rotation power of the rotary power unit to a massage unit and comprises a driving pulley, a belt, and a driven pulley.
