PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe in which a shoe belt and a tension adjustment belt can be simply and quickly tightened or loosened by one hand and in which the belt can firmly fasten a foot without excessively tightening it.SOLUTION: The shoe 1 includes: a tongue part 3 covering the instep of a foot and reaching the opening 2 for the foot an inner part 4 and an outer part 5 that cover both sides of the tongue part 3 a first mouthpiece member 6 for folding back that is attached to the outer part 5 a tension adjustment belt 7 one end A of which is fastened to the inner part 4 and the other end B of which is freely attached to or detached from the outer part 5 with a hook-and-loop fastener and a shoe belt 10 one end C of which is freely attached to and detached from the inner part 4 with a hook-and-loop fastener and the other end D of which is provided with a second mouthpiece member 9 for folding back.
